California. Jared Goff. 7. player. 42. The 49ers have a problem at quarterback. Colin Kaepernick wants to be traded and Blaine Gabbert may or may not be the best fit for new head coach Chip Kelly’s offense. Robert Griffin III is now not an option after he signed with the Cleveland Browns. Which means the 49ers need to look at the NFL Draft in order to address their quarterback situation. California’s Jared Goff could turn out to be the best quarterback in the draft. He doesn’t fit perfectly into Chip Kelly’s offense. He’s a good passer but he doesn’t bring the kind of mobility that Kelly likes from his quarterback. Kaepernick does but he doesn’t want to be back with the 49ers. So Goff might be the best option the niners have at brining in more talent at the position. <span style=. Quarterback
