24. Will Fuller, WR – Notre Dame: (6-0, 184) Projected Round – 2nd. Will Fuller is one of the top deep threats in the draft. He has great speed and has shown the ability to get behind a defense. The Redskins might need to add Fuller’s deep threat ability just in case DeSean Jackson doesn’t return to the team after the 2016 season. LW # 24
23. Josh Doctson, WR – TCU: (6-2, 195) Projected Round – 1st-2nd. Josh Doctson is one of the most talented wide receivers in the draft. He’s not a speed burner but he has the ability to get open and can make the acrobatic catch. Kirk Cousins could use a receiver with the range and route running ability of Josh Doctson. LW # 20
