20.  Josh Doctson, WR – TCU: (6-2, 195) Projected Round – 1st-2nd.  Josh Doctson is one of the most talented wide receivers in the draft.  He’s not a speed burner but he has the ability to get open and can make the acrobatic catch.  Kirk Cousins could use a receiver with the range and route running ability of Josh Doctson.  LW # 20

19.  Ryan Kelly, C – Alabama: (6-4, 297) Projected Round – 1st-2nd.  The Redskins have a solid starter at center in Kory Lichtensteiger and Josh LeRibeus is a good backup but the offense could use more talent at the position.  Ryan Kelly is the top center in the 2016 NFL Draft, has good size and the Redskins would have to consider taking him given the need they have at the position.    LW # 22
