2.  Dak Prescott, QB

Mississippi State (South Team) -(6-2, 230) Projected Round –3rd-4th–Jersey #15

Dak Prescott is another quarterback I’ve been watching closely.  I think he could be a sleeper pick in the third round area, although I don’t see the Redskins taking a quarterback that high.  Another team that has a questionable starter might want to take Prescott as a possible future starter.

Sort of like how the Seahawks did with Russell Wilson.  Not saying that Prescott will be another Russell Wilson but I think he could eventually be a solid starter.  I see Dak Prescot as kind of a poor man’s Donovan McNabb.

His game is similar to that.  He has good mobility and sturdy build.  Prescott has good arm strength and I think he will fit well in a pro-style offense.  It make take him a little time as he played in the spread in college but I think his skills will translate well.

If Dak Prescott is still on the board in the fourth round area, I could see the Redskins considering taking him.
