2.  Offensive Line

The Redskins have yet to sign a free agent on the offensive line yet.  And while they still may do so, the pickings in free agency are slim after the first week.  They could use more options at right tackle and at right guard but for now they’ve chosen to stand pat.

Redskins head coach Jay Gruden wants to run more of a power running attack, but he’s had to do so with smaller linemen better suited for the zone blocking scheme.  They have a good starting point at left tackle with Trent Williams and at center with Kory Lichtensteiger.

Left guard Shawn Lauvao showed improvement lat in the year and right guard Chris Chester has avoided getting cut up to this point.  But right tackle is up in the air right now and it will be interesting to see what they Redskins do to address that problem.  LW # 2
