4.  Chris Hackett, FS – TCU (6-2, 195) Projected Round – 2nd-3rd.  Chris Hackett is a tall, rangy free safety.  His height at 6’2 would give a defense a defender who can match up well against taller receivers.  Hackett is not ashamed to come up and deliver a hard tackle on a running back and he’s versatile in how he can be used defensively.

What to Watch for?  His bench press reps, 40-yard dash.  Hackett is very tall but does he have the strength to match up against tight ends?  And he moves well in coverage but does he have the speed to match up with quick sot receivers in the NFL?
