Sugar Bowl:  Alabama vs. Ohio State – 1/1/15 – 8:30 pm – ESPN

Other Offensive Players to Watch

5.  T.J. Yeldon, RB – Alabama – (6-2, 221) Projected Round – 2nd. –  Jersey # 4

6.  Jeff Heuerman, TE – Ohio State – (6-5, 255) Projected Round – 4th-5th. – Jersey # 5

The Redskins don’t really have a huge need for a running back, as they already have Alfred Morris as their primary ball carrier.  However, they could use a good change of pace back to come in on third downs or in passing situations.  Alabama’s T.J. Yeldon isn’t really a scat back, as he has good size.

But if the Redskins make a trade and get an extra second round pick, I could see them taking Yeldon or another running back early in the draft.  The Redskins also need a tight end who can not only catch the ball but can block.  And Ohio State’s Jeff Heuerman has good size and would add that element to the Redskins.
