3.  Michael Bennett, Defensive Tackle – Ohio State – (6-2, 288) Projected Round – 1st-2nd.   The Washington Redskins will be looking to add some younger players to their defensive line, as most of their top players are at or approaching the age of thirty.  So that needs to be addressed.

Ohio State’s Michael Bennett is not the prototypical 3-4 defensive lineman, as he’s not as big as you would like.  But he is quick off the snap and gets good penetration into the offensive backfield.  It’s possible Bennett will be on the board when the Redskins pick in the second round, so he’s a player to keep a close watch on.      Jersey # 63
