Week 10 – The Raiders lost at home to the Denver Broncos 41-17
Tony Sparano is serving as the interim head coach for the Raiders ever since they fired the first hot seat casualty of the season, Dennis Allen. Sparano had an outside chance of retaining the job if he could get the team to win some games. But so far even though they’ve played better, they still haven’t won.
They seem to have found a possible quarterback of the future in Derek Carr, and there is some nice young talent on the roster, but it seems there will be a new head coach in place next season to try to harness it and get it going. Coaching Hot Seat LW # 2
