2.  Running backs – Alfred Morris gives the Redskins one of the top runners in the NFL.  He’s extremely tough to bring down, and made the pro bowl last season.  Backup Roy Helu Jr. is also back this season.  Helu is a good receiver out of the backfield, and does a good job spelling Morris on third downs.  Fullback Darrel Young is a good lead blocker and short yardage runner.  The Redskins also have Chris Thompson, and drafted Lache Seastrunk in the sixth round to compete as change of pace backs.
