36. Oakland Raiders – Derek Carr, QB – Fresno State: The Raiders had a need at quarterback, even with Matt Schaub. They can groom Carr to take over at some point down the line. Grade: B+
35. Cleveland Browns – Joel Bitonio, OG – Nevada: The Browns lost a guard in free agency, so they got one of the best in the draft to replace him. Grade: B
34. Dallas Cowboys (from Washington) – Demarcus Lawrence, DE – Boise State: The Cowboys needed a defensive end, but Lawrence might better suited to outside linebacker in the NFL. Grade: C+
33. Houston Texans – Xavier Su’a-filo, OG – UCLA: The Texans got one of the best guards in the draft. Good pick up. Grade: B+
