48. Baltimore Ravens – Timmy Jernigan, DT – Florida State:  Jernigan could have gone in the first round, so the Ravens get excellent value here.  Grade:  B+

47. Washington Redskins – Trent Murphy, OLB – Stanford:  The Redskins got a good pass rusher in Murphy, but they didn’t really address a need.  Grade:  C+

46.  Pittsburgh Steelers – Stephon Tuitt, DE – Notre Dame:  The Steelers had a need at defensive end, and Tuitt will help them fill that need.  Grade:  B

45.  Seattle Seahawks – Paul Richardson, WR – Colorado: The Seahawks lose Golden Tate and replace him with Paul Richardson.  They just stick to the plan and keep winning.  Grade B
