4. Buffalo Bills – Sammy Watkins, WR – Clemson: The Bills trade up for the top wide receiver in the draft in Watkins, and they get a good number one receiver. However, they gave up another first round pick to get him, so that lowers the grade. Grade: B+
3. Jacksonville Jaguars – Blake Bortles, QB – UCF: The Jaguars needed a quarterback, and they took one in Bortles. He will need time to develop, but a good pick for the Jags. Grade: B+
2. St. Louis Rams (from Washington) – Greg Robinson, OT – Auburn: The Rams might take the top offensive tackle on the board in Robinson. Grade: A+
1. Houston Texans – Jadeveon Clowney, DE – South Carolina: The Texans get the best pass rusher in the draft, and Clowney will be good for them for a long time. Grade: A+
