Picks 16-13

16.  Dallas Cowboys –  Zack Martin, OT – Notre Dame:   The Cowboys could use some help on the offensive line and this is good value for Martin.  Grade: B+

15. Pittsburgh Steelers – Ryan Shazier, ILB – Ohio State:  The Steelers get some youth and speed for their linebacking unit.  Shazier is the first inside linebacker off the board, but I’m not sure I would have taken him ahead of C.J. Mosley.  Grade:  B

14.  Chicago Bears – Kyle Fuller, CB – Virginia Tech:  Kyle Fuller leaps up the draft board.  I think he might be the best cover corner in the draft.  This is still a little high, but the Bears filled a need.  Grade:  B+

13.  St. Louis Rams – Aaron Donald, DT – Pittsburgh: The Rams have spent first round picks on their entire defensive line, and I think that’s overkill.  But Donald is a very good player and will definitely help their already very good defense.  Grade B+
