8.  Minnesota Vikings –   Blake Bortles, QB – UCF The Vikings need to add a quarterback, Bortles can be brought along slowly with Matt Cassell there.  Previous pick:  Teddy Bridgewater, QB – Louisville

7.  Tampa Bay Buccaneers –  Mike Evans, WR – Texas A&M:  The Bucs need another receiver to go along with Vincent Jackson.  Previous pick:  Anthony Barr, DE – UCLA

6.  Atlanta Falcons – Jake Matthews, OT – Texas A&M:   The Falcons take Matthews to be the franchise left tackle and protect Matt Ryan.  Previous Pick:  Khalil Mack, OLB – Buffalo

5.  Oakland Raiders  –  Sammy Watkins, WR – Clemson:  The Raiders have acquired Matt Schaub in a trade as their starting QB, so no need to draft one this high.  Now they need a number one wide receiver and Watkins makes sense.   Previous Pick:  Same
