11. Robert Griffin III, QB – Washington Redskins: (6-2, 217),  Age: 24 – Griffin possesses world class athleticism and elite arm strength.  He also has the penchant for making the spectacular play seem normal. However, recovering from a torn ACL in 2013 seemed to cause his game to regress, and as a result his leadership came into question.  But if healthy, RGIII has the ability to make the leap back to near the top of this list.
