14.  Carson Palmer, QB – Arizona Cardinals: (6-5, 235),  Age: 34 – Palmer gave the Cardinals the consistent presence at quarterback in 2013 that they had lacked since Kurt Warner retired.  However, Palmer was still near the top of the NFL in interceptions, but that number may improve with more time under Bruce Arians.
