Jeremy Maclin, WR – Philadelphia Eagles: (6-0, 198) – Age: 25 – Maclin is recovering from a torn ACL he suffered early in the 2013 season.  When he’s healthy, he is has explosive play making ability.  And with DeSean Jackson no longer the Eagles, Maclin will have more opportunities to show case his ability as a number one receiver.
