12.  Andre Roberts, WR – Washington Redskins: (5-11, 190), 4-years – $16 million, Age: 26 – Roberts is a very versatile receiver, and he fills a need for the Redskins who didn’t have a lot of depth at the position.  He can play in the slot and out wide, and gives the Redskins many options on offense as their number three wide receiver.  NFL Free Agency

11.  DeAngelo Hall, CB – Washington Redskins: (5-10, 190), re-signed – 4-years – $17 miIllion, Age: 30 – Hall had a good season in 2013 and was expected to be re-signed, but his biggest contribution this off-season might be Hall’s role in helping to convince free agent wide receiver DeSean Jackson to join the Washington Redskins.
