14. Stevie Brown, S – New York Giants: (5-11, 221), re-signed- 1-year – $3 million, Age: 26 – Brown is recovering from a torn ACL, but if he can return to his form of 2012, then he will combine with Antrell Rolle to give the Giants a strong presence at safety.

13.  Perry Riley, ILB – Washington Redskins: (6-0, 238), re-signed – 3-years – $13 million, Age: 25 – The Redskins had already lost one starter at inside linebacker in London Fletcher to retirement.  So it was imperative that the re-sign Perry Riley, who has become one of the top players on the Redskins defense.
