10.  Chris Baker, DE:  (6-2, 333), 3-years – $9 million, Age: 26 – Baker came on strong late lasr season, and has developed into good player on the defensive line for the Redskins.  He has the strength and agility to make plays, and get penetration in the offensive backfield.  And Baker will compete for a starting position in 2014.
