4.  Cleveland Browns –  Johnny Manziel, QB – Texas A&M:  The Browns continue to pretend that they don’t want Johnny Manziel.  But they need a quarterback and Manziel gives them the star they’ve lacked at the position.  Previous Pick:  Same

3.  Jacksonville Jaguars – Blake Bortles, QB – UCF The Jaguars need a quarterback, so they take the top QB on the board in Bortles.       Previous Pick:   Teddy Bridgewater, QB – Louisville

2.  St. Louis Rams (from Washington) –  Greg Robinson, OT – Auburn:  The Rams might take the top offensive tackle on the board in Robinson.       Previous Pick:   Same

1.  Houston Texans – Jadeveon Clowney, DE – South Carolina:   The Texans need a QB, but Clowney is too good to pass up.  Previous Pick:  Same
