8. Minnesota Vikings – Khalil Mack, OLB – Buffalo: The Vikings need to add a quarterback, but they also need a pass rusher, and Mack is one of the best. Previous pick: Anthony Barr, OLB – UCLA
7. Tampa Bay Buccaneers – Blake Bortles, QB – UCF: The Bucs signed Josh McCown, but they don’t seem to care for Mike Glennon, so they can develop Bortles slowly behind McCown. Previous pick: Sammy Watkins, WR – Clemson
6. Atlanta Falcons – Jake Matthews, OT – Texas A&M: The Falcons could use a pass rusher, but Matthews will help them protect Matt Ryan. Previous Pick: Same
5. Oakland Raiders – Sammy Watkins, WR – Clemson: The Raiders have acquired Matt Schaub in a trade as their starting QB, so no need to draft one this high. Now they need a number one wide receiver and Watkins makes sense. Previous Pick: Blake Bortles, QB – UCF
