5.  Brandin Cooks, WR – Oregon State – (5-10, 189) Projected Round – 1st.  Cooks had one of the fastest 40 times at the combine with a 4.33.  He was viewed as more of a second round pick before that, but now has leapfrogged others and is considered a sure first round pick. LW # 5
