7.  Allen Robinson, WR – Penn State – (6-2, 210) Projected Round – 1st-2nd.  Robinson only ran a 4.6 40 at the combine, at that caused other receivers to leapfrog him a bit.  But make no mistake, this is still a receiver with first round talent.  And he has the size and ability to help a team early.  LW # 7
