4.  D’Qwell Jackson, ILB – (6-0, 240) Age: 30 – Cut by the Cleveland Browns.  He would probably be a little less expensive than Perry Riley, and has been a solid starter for a while now in the NFL.  The Redskins should definitely try to sign him.  LW # unranked

3.  Jairus Byrd, S – Buffalo Bills: (5-10, 203) Age: 27 – Tag Number – $8,021,000.  Likelihood of being Tagged – Not Likely.  The Redskins need help at safety, and Byrd should be able to step right into the starting lineup and have an impact.  LW # 6

2.  T.J. Ward, S – Cleveland Browns:  (5-10, 200) Age: 27 – Tag Number – $8,021,000.  Likelihood of being Tagged – Not Likely.  The Redskins need to upgrade talent and depth at the safety spot.  Ward would be an immediate starter.  LW # 3

1.  Update – (TAGGED) Brian Orakpo, OLB – Washington Redskins:  (6-4, 257) Age: 27 – Tag Number – $10,875,000.  Likelihood of being Tagged – Likely.  If the Redskins don’t sign Orakpo to a long-term deal, they will franchise him.  I can’t see them letting him walk, as he’s the best defensive player currently on the roster.  LW # 1
