4.  Donald Butler, ILB – San Diego Chargers: (6-1, 242) Age: 25 – Tag Number – $10,895,000.  Likelihood of being Tagged – Not Likely.  With the loss of London Fletcher to retirement, the Redskins will need a new starter at inside linebacker.  Butler is young and just coming into the prime of his career.  LW # 6

3.  T.J. Ward, S – Cleveland Browns:  (5-10, 200) Age: 27 – Tag Number – $8,021,000.  Likelihood of being Tagged – Not Likely.  The Redskins need to upgrade talent and depth at the safety spot.  Ward would be an immediate starter.  LW # 5

2.  Aqib Talib, CB – New England Patriots:  (6-1, 205) Age: 27 – Tag Number – $11,256,000.  Likelihood of being Tagged – Likely.  Riggo’s Rag commenter David Dorman pointed out the connection that Talib has with his former head coach in Tampa Bay Raheem Morris, who is now the Redskins defensive backs coach.  But I have a hard time seeing the Patriots letting Talib go.  LW # 2      NFL Free Agency

1.  Brian Orakpo, OLB – Washington Redskins:  (6-4, 257) Age: 27 – Tag Number – $10,875,000.  Likelihood of being Tagged – Likely.  If the Redskins don’t sign Orakpo to a long-term deal, they will franchise him.  I can’t see them letting him walk, as he’s the best defensive player currently on the roster.  LW # 1
