4.  Cleveland Browns –  Johnny Manziel, QB – Texas A&M:  The Browns need a quarterback and if Manziel is on the board, they’ll take him.  Previous Pick:  Same

3.  Jacksonville Jaguars –  Teddy Bridgewater, QB – Louisville:  The Jaguars need a quarterback, so they take Bridgewater.       Previous Pick:   Same

2.  St. Louis Rams (from Washington) –  Jake Matthews, OT – Texas A&M:  The Rams might take Clowney, but there might not be a top offensive tackle left on the board at pick 13, so they take one at 2.       Previous Pick:   Same

1.  Houston Texans – Blake Bortles, QB – UCF:  The Texans need a QB, and Bortles is bigger and just as athletic as Bridgewater.  Previous Pick:  Teddy Bridgewater, QB – Louisville
