10.  Michael Johnson, DE – Cincinnati Bengals:  (6-7, 270) Age: 26 – Tag Number – $12,475,000.  Likelihood of being Tagged – Not Likely.  Johnson didn’t have a huge season sacks wise for the Bengals, but he would still be the best defensive lineman the Redskins have if they could sign him.  The Bengals connection with Jay Gruden might be useful, but the Minnesoata Vikings also have a former Bengals coordinator as the new head coach in Mike Zimmer.  LW # 12
