15.  Hakeem Nicks, WR – New York Giants: (6-1, 208) Age: 26 – Tag Number – $11,539,000.  Likelihood of being Tagged – Not Likely.  There was a time when Nicks was the Giants number one receiver, but that time is over, and now he’d make a really good number two to Pierre Garcon.  Nicks numbers have dropped over the past two seasons, but he’s still be an upgrade over what the Redskins currently have.  LW # unranked
