3.  Greg Hardy, DE – Carolina Panthers:  (6-4, 290) Age: 25 – Tag Number – $12,475,000.  Likelihood of being Tagged – Likely.  Hardy will be at the top of a lot of teams free agent boards, but more than likely will be franchised by the Panthers.  However, if he isn’t the Redskins should make a run at him.  “The Kraken” would instantly become the best defensive player on the team.  LW # 1
