2.  Brian Orakpo, OLB – Washington Redskins:  (6-4, 257) Age: 27 – Tag Number – $10,875,000.  Likelihood of being Tagged – Likely.  If the Redskins don’t sign Orakpo to a long-term deal, they will franchise him.  I can’t see them letting him walk, as he’s the best defensive player currently on the roster.  LW # 2
