3. Greg Roman, offensive coordinator – San Francisco 49ers  –  Roman is another coach from under the Jim Harbaugh Stanford coaching tree.  He’s been a position coach in the NFL for the Panthers, Texans, and Ravens, and was the offensive coordinator at Stanford for two years under Harbaugh.  Roman also worked with Andrew Luck while at Stanford, and has helped to develop 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick as well.  So he also has experience working with mobile quarterbacks, which would come in handy with Robert Griffin III.
