1. Rich Bisaccia, special teams coordinator – Dallas Cowboys  –  Bisaccia has made his name as a special teams coordinator, and has been with the Cowboys since 2013.  Redskins GM Bruce Allen stated that he would consider special teams coordinators for the head coaching job also, given the success John Harbaugh has had for the Baltimore Ravens, it makes sense to leave no stone unturned.  Biscaccia has a history with Allen from their time in Tampa bay together.  He also has experience as an assistant head coach with the San Diego Chargers.  Also, as Redskins fans saw this season, the Cowboys special teams played a huge role the Cowboys beating the Redskins.  The Cowboys special teams in 2013 were among the highest ranked in the NFL.
