4. Pep Hamilton, offensive coordinator – Indianapolis Colts  –  Hamilton made a name for himself as a quarterback coach in the NFL for the San Francisco 49ers and the Chicago Bears before becoming the offensive coordinator in college for Stanford under head coach David Shaw.  While at Stanford Hamilton worked with quarterback Andrew Luck, and this season is working with Luck again as offensive coordinator of the Indianapolis Colts.  Hamilton has no head coaching experience but is clearly a coach in the rise.
