2. Art Briles, head coach – Baylor Bears – Briles has compiled a 78-59 record as a college head coach at Baylor and Houston. He has turned Baylor from an also ran into one of the top programs in the Big 12, and runs one of the most innovative offenses in college football. Briles coached Redskins quarterback Robert Griffin III at Baylor. And while that may get him an interview, I doubt it will be enough to get him the job. He will need to have a plan for the entire team, and how he will adjust to the NFL.
