#23 Deangelo Hall

The only defensive player on my list, Deangelo Hall is no new face. Hall 2nd full season with the redskins was what we seen in his days at Atlanta and Virginia Tech. Hall was solid his first season but for big money he wasn’t the big time player. In this 3-4 Defense witch placed among the worst Hall was a bright spot. Deangelo was among some of the best corners this year. Although he is still susceptible to the big play, He is a young talent this defense can build around. Hall was not alone on this defense, some of the best players in the league are on this defense.

Some Honorable Mentions:

Laron Landry had his coming out year, and really proved everybody wrong. Before his injury, he was the best in the league on the defensive side of the ball in 2010. London Fletcher has and seems to always hold the defense together as a tough, smart, inspirational leader. These are all very solid starters on this defense, but the player on this Redskins defense to be most optimistic about is Brian Orakpo. He gives offensive lines nightmares. He is virtually held on every play and is still determined to get to the quarterback. With young talent like this and Fletchers veteran leadership, the Redskins really have something to build around.
