10.  Donte Moncrief, WR – Ole Miss – (6-2, 221) Projected Round – 2nd-3rd.  With the depth at wide receiver in this draft, Moncrief is rated lower than normal.  If he’s still on the board in the third round, the Redskins should jump on him.  LW # 10
