16.  Golden Tate, WR – Seattle Seahawks: (5-10, 202) Age: 25 – Tag Number – $11,539,000.  Likelihood of being Tagged – Not Likely.  Tate can play the slot receiver, and that’s a position of need for the Redskins.  LW # 11

15.  Arthur Jones, DE – Baltimore Ravens: (6-3, 315) Age: 27 – Tag Number – $10,895,000.  Likelihood of being Tagged – Not Likely.  The Redskins need to get more production from defensive end, and Jones has emerged as one of the top 3-4 ends in the NFL.  LW # unranked

14.  Jeremy Maclin, WR – Philadelphia Eagles: (6-0, 198) Age: 25 – Tag Number – $11,539,000.  Likelihood of being Tagged – Not Likely.  Maclin missed much of last season with a knee injury, but that’s all that’s keeping him this far down.  LW # unranked

13.  Hakeem Nicks, WR – New York Giants: (6-1, 208) Age: 26 – Tag Number – $11,539,000.  Likelihood of being Tagged – Not Likely.  There was a time when Nicks was the Giants number one receiver, but that time is over, and now he’d make a really good number two to Pierre Garcon.  Nicks numbers have dropped over the past two seasons, but he’s still be an upgrade over what the Redskins currently have.  LW # 15
