In Week 10 of the NFL season, the 2-7 Washington Football Team takes on the 2-6-1 Cincinnati Bengals.
We are here for another week of Washington Football Team football. And again, I am here to inform you, that the Washington Football Team’s playoff hopes are still very much alive.
Yes, again, that is no typo.
A 2-7 Washington Football Team is still very much in the NFC East race. All it takes is one win. One win to get the ball rolling and Washington could very well still win the division crown. However, as this team has shown, that is easier said than done.
The Washington Football Team has found every which way to lose this year. Whether it is being completely outmatched against the Cardinals, Rams, and Ravens or losing with a combination of turnovers and slow starts twice against the Giants, losing with a “fast-ish” start and then have a turnover fest in the middle against the Cleveland Browns, or allowing a 16-second drive leading to a game-winning field goal drive against the Detroit Lions.
The Washington Football Team, as far as finding ways to lose, checks off every box. It is honestly pretty impressive.
With that said, a win can change everything. Despite its record, the Washington Football Team is not terrible, it is a team that finds interesting ways to lose. Here are the three keys to righting the ship and scoring a key victory against the Cincinnati Bengals.
