Washington Football Team: Risers and fallers following loss to Giants
Stock Up: CB Kendall Fuller
At his current salary of around $10 million, Kendall Fuller is looking like a steal. Ever since being active for the first time in Week 3, he has become a shutdown corner. He rarely allows targets, and allows even fewer catches. He is a playmaker too, having four interceptions in the last three games. Kendall Fuller is a really good cornerback.
Sunday’s interception against Daniel Jones came at a crucial time. It was the play directly after Fuller was called for a pass interference. Washington was down 13-10, it was late in the third and New York was inside the 10.
New York possessed all the momentum. However, after an errant throw from Jones caused by a Chase Young pressure, Kendall Fuller had an amazing diving interception.
Fuller just makes plays. Kendall Fuller was a free agent steal and he is making Bruce Allen look silly for ever considering trading him. Fuller’s stock is skyrocketing after the last three weeks.
