Final Thoughts

The positives this week are items to build on in the coming weeks.  Losing is never easy and cheering for a 1-3 team is stressful.  A team rebuild is never a fun experience for fans, but it is needed.

The fan base should be patient and understanding.  Griping at coaches and players on social media solves nothing and it is detrimental to the team.  Being supportive at this time is something the fans need to embrace and practice each day.  There will come a time when these steps are rewarded.  This is not an admonition directed at the fans or anyone else.  It’s simply a blueprint for staying patient and being supportive.

While the negatives are painful to talk about, the coaches and front office are very aware of where changes are needed in the future.  Adjustments throughout the season will likely reflect that mission and it will be interesting to watch it all unfold. Trust the plan.
