Week 10

Back to reality. In a game that Washington is a slight favorite in, Haskins throws two interceptions and gets a garbage-time touchdown to make the score look better than it was. This is the prototypical letdown game for Washington following two exciting division wins.

Result: Detroit Lions 23, Washington Football Team 17

Record: 4-5

Week 11

Joe Burrow vs. Dwayne Haskins.  In this duel, Haskins gets the better of Burrow. Both play fairly well but the defensive line of Washington proves too much to handle for the rookie quarterback.

Result: Washington Football Team 27, Cincinnati Bengals 24

Record: 5-5

Week 12

By November the talented Cowboys team will be in sync and they will have revenge on their mind. Washington keeps it somewhat close throughout but the offensive firepower of Dallas proves to be too much. Dallas gets the win on Thanksgiving.

Result: Dallas Cowboys 28, Washington Football Team 14

Record: 5-6

Week 13

The battle of the elite defenses. The game, especially in December, will be based on which offense makes the least amount of mistakes. Both defenses perform extremely well but a crucial interception by Haskins late in the game is the difference.

Result: Pittsburgh Steelers 20, Washington Football Team 17

Record: 5-7
