Week 6 – Redskins at Giants

These games between the Redskins and Giants will naturally attract a great deal of attention. While neither team is expected to compete for a playoff spot in 2020, the legacies of Dwayne Haskins and Daniel Jones are tied at the hip. How they perform will be a constant subject of comparison, and when they play each other, that will only be amplified.

In a best-case scenario, the Redskins would sweep the Giants. The rosters are fairly even, with New York possessing more talent on offense and Washington possessing more talent on defense. In this one, with the home crowd behind them, I see Jones, Saquon Barkley, Darius Slayton, and Evan Engram earning a hard-fought win over an upset-minded Haskins and company.

Prediction: WAS 26, NYG 34

Record: 1-5
