No. 4 – Browns TE David Njoku

David Njoku is another first-round tight end the Redskins could trade for. Njoku was selected in the 2017 NFL Draft just six picks after Evan Engram. Since the start of his NFL career, Njoku has shown promise to be a top tight end in this league.

In his first two NFL seasons, Njoku gained 1,025 yards while also catching eight touchdowns. After just two games last season, Njoku suffered a broken wrist that landed him on injured reserve for most of the season. After his return, Njoku did not get much playing time to end the season. Per reports, Njoku was not playing because he seemed to have an altercation with then-head coach Freddie Kitchens. While Freddie Kitchens may no longer be the head coach in Cleveland, other individuals in the organization may feel the same about Njoku.
