2. Derrick Henry goes for over 150 rushing yards for the third-straight week

Henry has been an absolute monster in the past two weeks. It began with his ridiculous 238-yard, four touchdown outing against the Jaguars on Thursday Night Football in Week 14. The following week, he put up 170 yards and two TDs on the Giants.

Henry hasn’t been consistent at all, but it seems that he is on a hot streak. When guys like Henry gets going — he’s a power-back that thrives when bouncing off contact and running through players — it’s hard to stop them. And that will be a challenge for the Redskins this week.

The Redskins run defense has been pretty good this year, but they have been off-and-on in recent weeks. ESPN’s John Keim spoke of how stopping Henry could be a key for the Redskins in this game.

More from Riggo's Rag

"In the first seven games, the Redskins’ defense allowed 3.84 yards per carry and 80.1 yards per game. In the next seven games, they allowed 5.2 yards per carry and 153 yards per game. They actually had a better showing against Jacksonville, though the numbers aren’t reflective. The Jaguars rushed for 172 yards, but 68 were off quarterback scrambles, and another 20 came on a jet sweep to a receiver."

While the numbers against the Jaguars were good, the ‘Skins will have a much tougher time against Henry. The Redskins have a strong, physical front, and Henry is exactly the type of player that can take advantage of that. He will do what he can to run through Daron Payne and Jonathan Allen and once he’s into the second-level, linebackers and defensive backs will have trouble bringing him down.

With all that said, Henry should have a chance to put up 150 yards or more again on the ground. If he continues on at this pace, he should clearly establish himself as the lead back for the Titans offense moving forward. And if any, one Titan is going to beat the ‘Skins, it will be Henry.
