Week 15 – Redskins vs. Jaguars

It’s highly unlikely that the Redskins will suffer the same injury luck that effectively washed their season last year. But in Week 15, with an early bye week months in the rear view mirror, injuries will start to mount. It’s just how the game goes.

Teams with adequate depth can withstand injuries, and so far, it appears as if the Redskins do have adequate depth in certain key areas. But against the Jacksonville Jaguars’ stout defense, their resolve will be tested to the highest degree.

Blake Bortles is a potential weakness for the Jaguars, but as we’ve seen early on this season, Bortles doesn’t need to play lights out for Jacksonville to gain a comfortable lead. That defense is just too good for some teams. They’ll lock out the Redskins in Week 15.

Final Score: WAS 6, JAX 17

Record: 8-6
