The Washington Redskins are facing the Philadelphia Eagles in a key Monday night matchup this week. Here’s a look at the keys to the game.

Game day is once again here. The final contest of Week 7 will be played on Monday night. It will feature the Washington Redskins and the Philadelphia Eagles in a battle that could be key to determining the outcome of the NFC East.

Currently, the Eagles are leading the NFC East with a 5-1 record. The Redskins are in second with a 3-2 record. Should the Eagles win in Week 7, that would give them a bigger lead in the division and would knock the Redskins down to .500. That would put Washington in a tie with the Dallas Cowboys for second. While that would make the division interesting, the Redskins could do more with a win.

Should Jay Gruden’s squad win, the Redskins would move to 4-2 and would be just a half game back of the Eagles for first. That would give the three top teams in the NFC East a chance to win the division and, more importantly, it would give the Redskins a .500 record inside the division.

With all that said, a win isn’t going to be easy. The Redskins are going to have to do a lot to win. Here’s a look at their three keys to victory for their Monday night matchup.
