2. player. 54. The Cleveland Browns have traded the number two pick to the Philadelphia Eagles .  The Browns signed quarterback Robert Griffin III to a two-year deal so it seems they will go with him as their starter for 2016.  The Eagles have now mortgaged their future to take a quarterback in this draft.  They currently have Sam Bradford signed but he’s obviously not the quarterback they want for their future.  There is  that the Rams like Jared Goff but that could be a smoke screen.  I have Carson Wentz as the top quarterback in the draft so if the Rams take Wentz then that leaves Jared Goff for the Eagles.  ..
