Redskins Big Board 9.0 – 2016 NFL Draft
12. Reggie Ragland, ILB – Alabama: (6-2, 252) Projected Round – Top 20. Likelihood on the Board when Redskins Pick – Possible. The Redskins run defense was among the worst in the league in 2015 and that’s something they have to change. Reggie Ragland is the top inside linebacker in the 2016 NFL Draft and he could be a nice presence on the inside for a Redskins defense in need of playmakers. LW # 13
11. Vernon Butler, DT – Louisiana Tech: (6-4, 325) Projected Round – 1st-2nd. Vernon Butler is massive and a terror to deal with for centers and interior offensive linemen. Butler is quick off the ball and can push centers into the backfield. He also can collapse the pocket on passing downs. The Redskins need a defensive linemen who can consistently command a double team. Vernon Butler is that man. LW #12
